Thanks for the advice mate, much appreciated. Unfortunately I work 9-5 and credit rating is poop due to being a degenerate gambler so wouldn't be able to take a loan out. I'll need to possibly beg...

Of course, i am going to apply for my IEC but wouldn't mind a backup as i know how difficult it can be to get an IEC due to the high demand and limited availability.

I'm not talking about palces like Walmart, more like Outlets with American brands such as Ralph Lauren and Nike which are considerably cheaper in the states.
