If you're planning on buying in a touristic area then it's best to also visit your village at least once during the winter, sometimes the contrast is quite stark.

I managed to watch a game in Veszprem. It sure beats just watching on the telly at home. I saw Belgium - Argentina in Siofok yesterday and that was amazing, great atmosphere there. Too...

Nice to run into someone that knows where Monostorapáti is, you're planning on moving to Tapolca? Nice city, we did spend a bit of time in the park there when it was still sunny outside.

A quick tip for those that want to watch hulu.com, bbc iplayer, fox.com (http://www.fox.com/full-episodes), ... online from within Hungary without paying for vpn.

Yeah, we watched Wolf on Wall Street yesterday evening (with Hungarian subs!) and heard some good stories from people that went to see the movie with their parents, awkward.

I was in the shopping mall in Veszprem a few months ago and didn't immediately see an English title in the list of movies so I just assumed that they didn't show any...
