I emailed Sue to confirm that she had received it and she emailed back to say she received it and it's being forwarded on to the doc who will look at it on Monday . I also got a phone call at 9:30am...

My doc is supposed to have emailed my p58 lastnight. Are you supposed to receive an email from WAPOL confirming that they have received it or should I email them looking for conformation?

Finally got medical completed today. My GP was excellent and couldn't be more helpful, he had organised a specialist to come to his surgery to do the lung test but they failed to show up so he took...

No bother Jim1, my doc has most of my medical done, I'm just waiting on the nurse to come to the surgery and do the lung part for me, I'm not living in a city so haven't got any phacilities to get it...

Jim1, this is the form i used, i got it on another forum and modified it slightly to include alcohol on the list of drugs that are tested for.Hope it helps.

I made out a form stating that I was tested for the drugs that are listed on the kit, left a few spaces for the doctor to fill in which he did. He was impressed and had no problem in signing it,...

If you look at the example results it shows alcohol on the list. My doc said the test does not require a blood test. I bought a drug and alcohol test online and my doc conducted it for me and signed...

Aussie2013 as regards the alcohol test, I have ordered a mouth swab kit for alcohol testing and my GP is going to conduct the test and certify that I have no alcohol in my system.

I ordered a home test online and I'm going to use that, I have made out a form that the GP can sign with the results from it. I got the form on another forum along with the link for the home testing...

The medical form would appear to me to be a standard form that is used by WAPOL for recruit applicants and current serving members so it is my opinion that the REG on page two is asking for your...

It's hard to know what it is exactly that WAPOL are looking for in the application process. I have never applied before nor have I been to OZ. I do however have a very wide range of policing...
