Even in the big cities equal rights are denied which is a form of persecution.

Side point: at no point did I claim "gays" are still persecuted in every part of the world

I can honestly say I would turn my same sex partner away and banish him from my life , I can't imagine anything more horrifying than my gay partner "turning gay" :rofl:
