We saw a 4 bed semi D in HH today for 7500, Semi D in EL asking price seems to be 10 but there seem quite a few on the market so room for negotiation?

Bocat happy with most cuisine. There is Lat's restaurant her in Puteri Harbour but nothing else. I was hoping to find a cafe for breakfast, even if its Starbucks because I am still not Malay enough...
