Don't see the harm in agent emailing the case officer!!!!! just to check that the pre-grant or grant letter isn't lost in the post. Should only take max of 2 months to recieve one of these.

We recieved our grant letter 5 1/2 weeks after sending our med + police checks back. Our agent told us we should have to wait about 6 weeks, so to me you seem to have...

I am with AOL and asked the same question and was told that you can use your AOL account in Australia but it would be expensive because it will use international call charges.

That does seem like a long time, the fast track is only supposed to take 6 weeks (although mine took 8 weeks last June)
Might be worth writing to them, if the letters cross over, no harm...
