sky will not work in Canada as the footprint is not big enough. try getting BBC canada for a fix from home. You can get some TV via the internet...

I (hopefully) won't be needing a mortgage to finance the purchase of the property.

I'm surprised that there arn't more "letting agents" out there. Perhaps this is a niche...

Can I suggest that you take a visit to your vet and ask his advice. he's probably the best person and will probably suggest a few tranquilisers which will allow your dog to sleep through...

Have you considered Chester. There's a lot of nice places around there. at a push you could try Lunenburg/Mahone bay or even Bridgewater.
