assume your in the UK. they will take the tax off. so that's gives you like 70k. Times that by the exchange rate. 4.1 at the moment. add like 10% and that's your base so like 300k. divide by 12...

[Specialist is a P2 job title. Associate is a P1 one and then senior means a p1+ or p2+. ie senior specialist is p2+

1) P3 to P4 is hard.. unlikely to happen in less than 3 years.
2) P3 bonus range is say 20-50%; P4 range is 40-90%
3) Offers P3 maxs at 60K basic... P4 max at 90-100K
4) No website...

All the bodywork shops in Abu Dhabi anyhow are in Musaffah and done by men from the sub-continent. I've never seen a western in any garage in Abu Dhabi. I imagine there salaries are between 2-4K AED...

- Ask for 20% over your current income... Then you get the tax uptick + the extra cash.


- Accomodation is higher not sure how...

I'd negotiate based on the exchange rate. I live in Abu Dhabi and moved here when it was 6AED/STG now its 4.7 so I'm 20-30% better off. You will move with an exchange rate that in 2 years time could...

In the UAE they generally

- Take your current salary.. say 100K
- Remove the tax -- so you take home 70K
- Give you that -- say approx 5K a month; try and get a bit high as exchange rate is low...

It depends who your working for.. But assuming you had to have a degree for your job you would go through the standard reference checks (hireright, etc) to validate your career record is truthful,.....

Conveniently forget when you were in the country. I was in Saudi in the 2000's and was regularly in the UK for vacations and numerous business trips and so flipped over the 90 day rule consistently...

you pay no tax here obviously, plus work out what you spend on your house and utilities (water/electric) and then assume you will rent out your house if that is what you plan to do + quality of life...

They will fly you/family/kids out for 4 days... 2 days of interviews which include school/accomodation tours. They put you up in a hotel near ADIA; food covered if you eat in the hotel, and they give...
