Re: Skilled migration to qld

To be honest, 46 is going to be difficult to achieve the minimum number of points to get selected for skilled migration.

Re: how long do I have to get a visa after my Vetassess application is completed?

Not sure how this plan is going to work. Without a valid visa you won't be getting any job. If you are a sparky best to finish your skilled visa application and get a permanent residency visa, then...

Re: Welding inspectors

CSWIP 3.1 is like the entry-level welding inspection qualification.

Without local contacts or experience, I imagine it would be very very difficult to get one's foot in the door. Most of those...

I'm Canadian and spent 5 years in NZ before moving to Australia. Didn't move for the weather or anything, I wanted a change in my life so I found a new country and went there. Probably from start...

Re: Unemployment Factor for 189 Skilled Immigration to AUS

To get 15 points you need to be able to show 8 years employment in the last 10, so if you have been working at your place for the last 9 years then that should be sufficient.

Re: Industrial Engineer assessment query

The relevant skilled assessment is optional and personally, I found it a waste of money. I didn't supply letters with 5 job duties (1 had 3 and the other had 4 and that wasn't enough) so the report...
