I feel your best option is to go with Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485). Most probably there won't be any invitations for 489 visa for 2613-occupations until June-2014.

Got a reply form VETASSESS. The reply says teaching part is optional but it requires PhD level qualification. I don't have a PhD qualification but a Mphill student.

You need to consider that Electronic Engineer comes under pro-rata basis invitations. Also Electronic Engineer ceiling is already half filled.

I haven't seen that DIBP mention anywhere that you can't have two or more EOIs same time. The Skillselect system allow you to submit more than one EOI. I don't think that there is any problem having...
