Thank you for the sound advice, and as much as we are trying to "suck it up", my wife has unfortunately some very specific dietry issues. In UK she could eat Bran Flakes or All Bran...

No, Amazon.ca won't ship it to the UK. I've had a look at the on line one which is okay but I was rather hoping to get my hands on an actual copy (old fashioned of me I know). Thanks anyway.
