Cranberry sauce is sold in cans with the rest of the canned veggies.
Plum sauce is in the "Asian" section of the store (next to soy sauce, wasabi, rice vinegar, coconut milk, etc).
Mint sauce is found with the condiments (mustard, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegars, etc.)
Red currant anything isn't a flavour one finds in Canada unless one goes to the fancier, artisanal shops. Currants, red or black, have never made it into the mainstream in North America. An alternative is to go to Ikea and buy Lingonberry sauce.
Parsnips are everywhere. Try independent, family-run green grocers rather than supermarkets.
Mango Chutney - "Asian" aisle next to curry sauces. Or try an Indian store.
Branston Pickle, usually not unless there's a "British/English" section of the store, which is rare. British speciality stores sell it of course.

Small jars, green? gold/brown label. Made by one of the jam companies, I forget which. Smuckers maybe?
"Real" Branston can be found at the Bulk Barn. Probably cheaper too as its a larger jar for about $5.
Yes, smuckers...
