I just checked and the ingredients are the same. However the gluten in Canadian flour is much stronger so it may be this she is reacting to, esp with bloating.
I know there is a good British shop in Dundas, and Oakville, Bulk barn may hVe what you need but call a few places before you travel.

Ryvita is available in most supermarkets here in Red Deer, and seeing as it's very redneck here and a lot of things that are available in say Calgary and Edmonton are not available in Red Deer, I would imagine that you could easily find Ryvita in most supermarkets all over Canada.
I would recommend that your wife find some Canadian alternatives as soon as possible otherwise she will struggle to settle and end up wanting to go 'home' sooner rather than later.
