If bats is right about the gluten, I'd try the natural food stores near you.

Ryvita is available in most supermarkets here in Red Deer, and seeing as it's very redneck here and a lot of things that are available in say Calgary and Edmonton are not available in Red Deer, I would imagine that you could easily find Ryvita in most supermarkets all over Canada.

I would recommend that your wife find some Canadian alternatives as soon as possible otherwise she will struggle to settle and end up wanting to go 'home' sooner rather than later.
