Financial requirement via pensions

We are going down the route of returning to the UK via joint pensions. I think I have read that we would have to show 6 months of bank statements showing this. Have I read correctly?

I have been stressing so much over this issue as my elderly dad is ill in the UK and the chances are I will be back and forth in the very near future.

No Christmasoompa, that will be our combined pension in 2021. I reieve anther 9 thousand in 2023.

hi, aware of happens what happens when we get there just wondered if we had to leave within a certain time....like with my K1 visa when I came to the USA 10 years ago.

Pulaski, yes Scot47's post was reassuring. Our joint US SS will be more than enough to satisfy the required income. Also, I have in writing my predicated State UK pension: a grand total of 168.60...

Having made the decision to leave the USA I now have the dilemma of how I will cope for another three years and how we will manage to do it. I am so unhappy here, I have never settled and hate it....

Social Security....I will have worked for 14 years here in the US but claiming off his is more than I would recieve. I'm not sure if I would still get it once returning to the UK?????
