In the UK you have the IVA test by VOSA and it cost 450 pounds but at least you know exactly what is required as it is clearly stated on the DVLA site, what it costs and there is no other requirement...

I know it is possible as another Eagle SS has been registered in Oviedo but..... things change and rarely for the better. If only Spain had the same as the V5c all in one low cost document.

I didn't, :( there are NO interpritations of the SORN regs, they are quite clear and apply to the UK only. If a car was LAST registered PRIOR to end of 1998 it does not require to be SORN, mine was...
