It Seems to me a Criminal has more rights

Reading the government Deportation and the right to respect for private and family life under Article 8 HRA that a criminal has more right's than a spouse who comes from Outside the EU.

Hello WEBlue Thanks' for your Input she has spent just under 6 months straight our in 2013 and about 8 weeks this year.

We do have around 40,000 UK pounds so would be enough to rent a flat and...

I moved back here 8 weeks ago with my USC wife on a spousal visa and think it may have been wrong choice.

I gave up living in US after 8 years but did not take up full citizenship I am starting...
