If you are anywhere near the US border (which if you are in Southern Manitoba it shouldn't be too far away), then Walmart in the US sells their own brand of Self Raising Flour that I use all the time...

Have called them and they say that we should apply online to Vegreville but have been trying to register online and unfortunatley have just realised that the country of birth on myOH's TWP is unknown...

Just a note of interest for anybody shopping in North Dakota (mainly those of us living nearer to the US than a large city in Manitoba!).
