Well it is true that London is not like Berlin. I was only trying to suggest the different lifestyles between Brits and Germans and thus , in a way, the London riots.

I think its a great idea, although you might pay a considerable amount to tolls. But the countries you will see; France, Germany, Austria, perhaps a bit of Switzerland all cool !!

Oh Berlin is a great city besides the weather.... variety of Restaurants....cheap food and drinks, great metro system lots of parks and lakes.

I am not really certain about Balkans but from what I have seen and read the minorities from Middle East are treated worst.Unfortunately the issue with the Turks seems quite insolvable it is said...

Apart from the weather, Berlin is a great city. Low cost of living, means of transport are consistent even during the winder with lots of snow, variety of Restaurants - some great Greek and Italian...

So I would suggest two places. One is Lisbon in Portugal, I was at a friends house for vacations; food, drinks and entertainment are so cheap...

I have been told from Greek friends who study in London that in the outer areas Richmond,Kingston,Cobham and Fullham the rents are not so high, there is a high index of criminality.
