Both passports have the Sheffield UK Entry Clearance Visa that states valid from 07 June 2016 until 07 July 2016.

IF she had to self isolate from work, is she entitled to claim statutory sick pay without breaching her conditions?

I just completed online FLR(M) application and there was an option to add dependants, added my daughters name and new window opens with same questions.
