UKVCAS uploaded file 'does not exist' !

UKVCAS uploaded file 'does not exist' !
The UKVCAS site times out after about 15 minutes and if in the middle of a download it looks as if the file is captured but try to delete same file it shows 'g12e7b76f5hrb5 does not exist' and unable to delete. So is the file downloaded or not? I uploaded duplicate ones just in case..
