Appreciate your input. It is probably the only thing in the column for reasons for not moving. It would make a big move even more emotionally challenging but on the other hand to turn down...

That's pretty much all the info I got as well. Think there was about 15 interviewed in Manchester, rest must be made up from Aberdeen.

As long as it is enough to support my family and live comfortably then that will be good enough for me. My girlfriend will be looking to return to work in the future so finances should only improve....

Not sure about the superannuation. Need to check on that.

Pay is supposed to rise after an initial training period but still waiting on figures. Initial job is a lower role than my current one so...
