I could live with that. The info that they give you over the phone is pretty useless. I hope I've just got it wrong. Thank you all for your replies.

I hope you're right. It only gives an option for employment biased based visa when you enter your info, so I'm guessing it is the same. I'll read it all again in the hope I'm just an idiot :eek::D

I have entered my reciept number and it tells me there. It also says in the processing times table that they are currently processing applications from Feb 2007? That can't be right I thought, but...

Thanks for the advice. The threshold is $27,527 so you can see our problem. I'm guessing we will just have to delay putting it in for a few weeks

I feel better thanks all. I saved copies of all I sent and I have recieved a letter saying that they were recived so I'll send these other two forms off now. Thanks again wonderful people :)

I've just got married after moving from the UK to Ohio. SSN obtained, banks sorted and even passed the oh so difficult driving test. Trouble is they only made my license valid until the day my I-94...

Thanks for the replies. The reason I asked here was if it was going to affect my entry at custom when I arrive on a K1 fiance's visa and they want to know why I have a return flight. Just covering...
