Lost my packet 3 letter while at work. Can someone tell me the exact forms and how many copies of them I need to post back to the London embassy. Its for my K1 Fiance's visa. Can't believe what a clutz I am

From memory the packet 3 letter is the one which says your case has been passed to london? I might be wrong but dont you need to keep hold of your packet 3 letter as it is the only thing you have with your London case number on? Whilst you can get the forms from the website you will need this number to put onto the forms.

Im not sure how you would go about getting hold of your case number without it or how to get another letter.

Can someone please confirm/correct me?

The US fiance would have a copy of a letter from NVC with the LND case number. Or you can call NVC and ask.

Nope that's the letter from NVC saying they sent it to London. The UK person gets a letter from embassy saying we got your case and go to the website (I posted above )to get your instreuctions.
