I recently used WorldFirst (based on a recommendation by this site), to move US Dollars to GB Pounds. I got what seemed a favourable exchange rate and they have been super easy to deal with.

I am sure we need the Health Certificate, and mine has to go to Harrisburg to the State Vet to be formalised 2 days before (i.e. I drive it there). The NJ one will go to Trenton.
