Ok I'll put my head on the guillontine for this but if Javea has a stated population of 34,000 people (51.3%) of whom are non-Spanish and a summer population of 150,000 people and an ecconomy almost...

Reaction, as usual, in Spain is SLOW and Spanish house-owners have hung on to the hope of the Expat on a cloud with silver lining to arrive at their door with a wad of cash, not understand local land...
