Well,

Got the text from DX Secure yesterday and the visas should be with us pre 8am on Monday... Will be sitting by the front door from about 5:30 as we fly out on Tuesday.

They send it Royal Mail First Class unless you pay the extra 7 pound to get it next working day delivery. They require you to sign for it (at least ours was required a few weeks ago).

Thanks for the report on this. We have our medical on 19th Aug at 1:30 and I am a little worried now that I have booked the return train journey too early (5pm) as there are 5 of us to get medicals...

Yeah,

I think it's just the village we chose to live in. Bloody rip off place :(

As well as docs wanting to charge there was some they did not want to do such as MMR for wife as she is over 35....

You guys are all lucky, our GP wouldn't do any of the shots apart from tetanus for free. Also they wanted to charge for the blood tests too.
