The service is funded via Medicare just like your regular GP.

By drain on budgets do you mean federal government funding? If so no it's not as these services tend to free up ED's for genuine...

Next time also use codes from Vouchercodes.co.uk I bought 2 dresses yesterday got 15% off, then used a 25% off voucher, then they took vat off. It was a struggle to keep it to just the 2 dresses!
