Instead of using insecticides:

1. Keep windows/doors, etc. closed.
2. Keep your house clean and tidy. Crumbs and spills attract pests.
3. keep foods in airtight containers.

This can be enough...

I have not yet sent anything. My documents are in Italian and I do not know anyone from a School/University that could be suitable for the purpose.
