Yeah, dont worry about the visa cost.
Its not the most expensive bill you'll get but it will allow you to live in Australia so its worth it.

Well for phone's and internet Telstra is the monopoly but expensive.
Others such as Optus, Dodo, iiNet, TNG can provide good service for less.
They all have their strengths and weaknesses, you just...

Don't buy a house near electrical pylons

1.It makes house resale more difficult.
2.Its a hazard during storm season.
3.There are health risks to long term exposure to electro-magnetic fields....
