where CIC is concerned who knows - mine went to complete yesterday and they notified me this morning that I could collect on Thursday this week.

I got confirmation that my passport will be ready on Thursday, so train booked agian and just trying to sort out flights to Canada for Wednesday 9th. AT last Canada bound. :rofl:

our ecas has suddenly started working again after disappearing in December - it has now gone to 'complete' - I wonder if I can take this as the passport will be ready on Thursday. Its so frustrating...

because of the dog there is only 2 flights a day which I can be on as Winnipeg has no heated hold flights, only 2 bigger planes which are kept above 2 degrees.
