We're on a 457, but my husband wont subit the LAFHA application!!!!! His company IS paying for our rental, but he "doesnt want to make waves" doesnt know how they are classifying the payment for...

Thanks Alan. I contacted the ATO and they said to give it a go. Fingers crossed company agrees! Doubtful!!!! They dont like filling in forms.

Although I am English, my husband is originally from Hong Kong (22 years ago), but sounds (and is in a way) more English than I am! He hasnt encountered any discrimination in the work place (IT)...
