I don`t know exactly what kind of animal it is..haves a lot from a squirrel.
Before we started with the rebuilding we saw them often, during the rebuilding they were gone .. and now they are back :)...

It`s not venemous, the big one on is the black rat snake, we saw also the yellow one overthere :)

Adult rat snakes are typically 3-5 ft (91-152 cm), but large individuals may be more than 6 ft...

Between the 15-20000 Euro you can find a house in a good state, with around the 2-3000 m2 own ground...from direct owner(s)

Unfortunately the answer is yes.
It can also be that you are getting a new neighbour who is complaining by the major. Normaly if a major gave you permission, they will not change it quickly.

You don`t need a licence to breed, but if you want to breed a breed with the official FCI pedigree than you have to be member from the hungarian kennelclub (MEOE)

I`m living for 13 years in Hungary in those years the prices went up like crazy, of course it`s still cheaper than many other countries in Europe. But for the Hungarian people...
