Thank you. I know this is the general rule, but I had read that Delaware was, for some unexplained reason, treated as a 'normal' jurisdiction although it is not.

I want to open a bank account as a non-resident, and the bank I have approached does not require an NIE, but does require that I obtain a certificate of non residency before opening the account.

I won't have any salary paid into the account, so these seem to be the choices of Solbank account (so far as the charges are relevant to the use i will make of the account).
