Yes...but ICBC now administers the BC services card with the driver license.

Part of that is confirming you are a BC resident.

But you can only do that if you are renewing your license or MSP...

COPR or PR card (both sides) is what I was told.

You can also take it to a BC Services office but they will just mail it to Victoria too so you may as well mail it yourself.

I think we are in agreement regarding the work permit.

Its seems to me that unless there is a really big reason you can't do it then you should just go into the states for a valid reason and complete whatever canadian paperwork you need to on the way...

Seems to be fine as long as you keep roaming data off. I can't see myself reaching the heady heights of the other networks charges even with roaming calls and texts.
