Hi All,
So i've been in Vancouver a year and I can apply for a PR and my company has offered.
However I have been refused entry into the US since I came here (because a CBP officer stamped my passport incorrectly as an L1 instead of VWP, no appeal opportunity, but thats another story).
Does anybody have any idea how this would effect my PR application as the background declaration asks whether you have been refused entry to anywhere.
Thanks
Nik

These types of refusals rarely affect a PR application to Canada.

Obviously I'm going to answer Yes
I just wanted to get an idea of the effect it may have on my PR which you have given me and I thank you for your swift response.
