This is quite a clever rule they have. If it wasn't for this we could apply for naturalisation sooner as the 3 years residency rule would be met by next year...

After further reading on the UKBA site i saw that your qualification has to have been obtained in a majority english speaking country. South Africa isn't considered a majority english speaking...
