I learned FBAR yesterday so it means I did not report FBAR on my first tax year (2009) here in the USA. However I filed taxes in both countries (home and US). Shall I just fill out two FBAR reports...

You can file a 1040X to IRS showing the correction. They will send you a confirmation letter. That is what I did.
