There is a photoshop version on the android market, but I hear it's only so-so. I'll check later when I get out of classes on what the best one out there is.

They give you better deals too if you finance as they make more money off of it. If you HAVE to use cash, make sure it's less than $10,000 as there is some sort of tax put on that.
