Yes you have been lucky just dont go too hard to soon i know of a guy who went to thailand to hang out and ended up opening up a bar but he drank himself to a heart attack and died 3yrs later !

When i arrived through border control i was told that i must leave after 6 months and they stamped my pp with a 6 month visa even though i showed them my expired brit pp i am not even allowed to work...

Yes they do come in handy but i find the australian one works well for me unless im planning to stay for awhile in the EU but i doubt that will ever happen.:)
