Hi,
You need to give QLD your TRN number, then complete the form 1100 for DIAC. You can also e-mail Diac under post lodgment enquiries.

I would say wait for SS from SA or your wife's assessment before you apply, because if you do apply and can not get that extra 5 points you will lose your application fee. SS for SA will take up to 4...
