I haven't sent a single extra thing to them or had any correspondence with them since we sent the stuff in at the beginning of November. It did say in Process for a while in February when everything...

My address disappears and then reappears on a regular basis, but alas it still always says 'received by visa office'. :(

You could try looking on vrbo.com, which is vacation rental by owner, so they only do short term rentals. We have managed to rent a basement suite through that for a reccie in January.

Ok now i'm confused, we were told (admittedly by our immigration consultant and not CIC) that it would have to be an estate agents valuation, when we asked them if we could use a surveyor instead....

He is a vocational instructor rather than a college instructor, but his main qualification is specialist to his field which is Market research...

We're also applying as 4131: College and Other Vocational Instructors.

I would have thought that as you are employed continually for that period that it would count as a full year and besides...

We had several chats with the upstairs neighbours about the noise, but it was making no difference. The thing is we're not talking about loud music or TV or anything like that, they just constantly...

Cheers for the reply, I wouldn't feel right not telling them anyway and as the person making the noise is there all day every day anyone who came for a viewing would more than likely hear them...

We are currently involved in a bit of a battle with our noisy upstairs neighbours (still based in UK) and now that you have to declare this when putting...

Anything more than just cheddar is fine by me. Even if it doesn't match up to the choice at Tesco, just being able to get something a bit different from time to time is heartening. :)
