Getting your own trades on site during construction I would have thought unlikely. The builders have control of the site while the house is being constructed, they have insurance and public liability...

Clayts your retaining wall has been done, looks like they've done it properly which is good.

We're waiting on the plumbing prelay and then the pad can go down.

Well we're nearly there, we're out of scheduling and onto the construction phase. Earthworks starting around 2nd Feb. Finally :cool:

I lived in joondalup for a few years, and it's nothing special.

Everyone will be different though, some will like one area, others another.

Well not much progress on our front. Final documents are signed, shire approval granted, we're waiting on developer approval before we go to scheduling. I am going to chase up LWP about the approval...

Well we've managed to get LWP to rebuild our front and return walls. We pushed for them to rebuild the front as they applied an oxide finish to it - which ended up making that section of retaining...
