We lodged ours on 06/12/04 got it on 11/01/05, think it would have been quicker but our case officer was off on her holidays over christmas, she must have had a good break...

Just wanted to share our good news, our 139 des area spons visa's were granted today. Got an e-mail from our case officer & agent about an hour ago.

I was well aware of the risks of the medicals expiring but was not prepared or a reptuable doctor making silly mistakes over & over again.

Hi

We did them early as we expected to get the req for meds quickly because we were 139 and that visa in fast tracked, I also listen to the advice from my agent!

Doctors do not have to send...

Same thing happened to us, our doctor sent our meds off with no case number even though he promised to hold them until we contacted him. Luckily I e-mailed our case officer and she managed to find...

We are still waiting, we have lodged the bond (6/12/04) and our sponsor got confirmation from centre link a few days later to say it was accepted, its getting close...
