I may not escape duty as we were only in Canada a couple of months so some of our stuff is less than 6 months old

We have made the decision to return to the UK from Canada
We are going to ship the furniture etc that we purchased here in Canada back to the UK....
My question is does anyone have any experiences...

We wished we had brought more stuff...... we only shipped 4 boxes of clothes and personal stuff... I wish I had brought stuff like bedding and all of my kitchen equipment as these things are...

I was upfront with my employers also, but when they pushed me for a leaving date I simply advised that they would recieve this when I was ready to give my contractual notice period.

we are looking to move in June, we put the house on the market just before Christmas, we have had lots of interest but everyone seems to have something to sell. Worst case scenario OH will go over...
