Unless you have a degree, you can forget calling yourself an engineer in Canada. Engineer is a protected title unlike in the UK. Not sure if you need a red seal either.

26th March we got ours, one month and nothing. I wonder how fast it must be applying for a german visa (assuming you weren't EU). Given their efficiency and all that.

"on average 12 months to process at this office".

then it goes on to say if you don't receive anything in 8 months to contact them.

On diplomas, its sometimes on the back of the certificate. Looking through the visa specific guidelines it does not mention transcripts for non university qualifications.
