Agree, the only hurdler I can see for native English speakers is in the writing section. Otherwise I can't see how it's possible to fail as long as you pay attention to the test.

What webpages have you looked at? Basically you just need to visit 2 pages to get your answers. If you visit NIA for example you should be able to find the answer to you question about assessment....

Guess if a state is about to sponsor you it could be useful information for them to know if you already have the license or not. Even if it's not a requirement.

Agree, you only need to attached pay slips etc if your CO asks for it.
I just uploaded the reference letter and I got my visa now.

It's free to apply for pcc so no proof of payment. Maybe that's why it's so slow. The advise from the embassy was...

I am the main applicant and all my documents are met including pcc and medicals. My partner is secondary applicant and the only document remaining for her is pcc from Thailand.

If you are not sure about the age points you can easily do a self test.

Ask yourself; how old are you?* Is the answer 39 then you will have 20 points. Do you answer 40 then you will have 15...
