I used to work somewhere that used SAP ERP (I worked predominately with SAP BW). Deloittes have a subsidiary called Tango that specialise in SAP, might be worth flicking them a CV.

Don't have any personal experience, but maybe start with Age Concern in the UK (or whatever they're called now). From memory they were really useful with finding age specific products.

Gubbs in Wakefield Street (opposite the Michael Fowler Centre) have a wide range of shoes that take orthotics, so might be able to help you on that. They don't have a website so give them a ring.
