Yes - 90 days grace period after your current TWP runs out while you wait for the new TWP or PR approval.

We have our PR's in processs under fast track. They said proccessing times are berween 8-15 months so fingers crossed it comes through before June 21st 2012.

That is strange that an LMO can be issued for 3 years but then you only get a WP for 1 yr and still have to apply for a new LMO. The extension forms are misleading...

Thanks a bunch. She turns 18 in October. I thought I could apply for a VISA so she could come in the Summer. Oh well. I will look into BUNAC though.
