if an applicant failed to get visa..then he has to pay these taxes or not..

Why was the visa rejected?

ans: job verification problem.verification has been completed over phone with me and my boss...my boss gave some misinformation about my salary..that's the problem.

Actually Agent told me that if my application failed then he would return my money...
but now he gave a list in which included many non refundable fee....including application fee and assessment...

My application has been refused.
i gave my agent huge amount of money.
I just told my agent to return money ..but he gave me a chart to me..
Plz verify this chart whether it is true or false..

I have no pay slips at all and also have no tax documents...as my salary is not under tax payable...
And i m fully astonished they did not ask my agent about it..if they have any doubts...directly...

Actually my salary is not tax payable..and made by cash...
so no documents...
and they did not ask my agent abt it ..directly refused..

like that..my boss said my salary is 7000

yeh that's true it may take 2012 but it will take 2012 this is not true.
may be the decision will be changed ....
but still some 475 visas has been approved...and also processing is also going...

actually co also requested me for pay slip and bank statement.
But my salary is also by cash.
then i gave them my pay slip...that means salary voucher or salary receive copy...

Actually i submitted my medicals and PCC before 23 September and i filled up my FORM 80 with request to my Case Officer before 23 september.My file was also touched by CO before 23 September and also...

How is this possible in this time...????
because this is stopped in this time for "end of the year of 2012".
as i am not in CSL but State Sponsorship.

because these books are standard...for IELTS exam.

Tax Number means Tax Identification Number...
if u don't have it plz provide tax liability certificate as u r not eligible for payment of tax to government. u have to collect it from ur current job...

2.5 years : 30 hrs per week full time job with parallel study (Graduation in CSE)
2 years : 45 hrs per week full time job (after completion of study)
