hey, I applied for a sponsored regional provisional visa (sponsored by a family member) in July 2008 under Office manager. I have been informed that it can take up to 2012 before a decision is made. I was wondering if I could change my visa to being sponsored by an employer in a regional area and not be charged another application fee.

yeh that's true it may take 2012 but it will take 2012 this is not true.
may be the decision will be changed ....
but still some 475 visas has been approved...and also processing is also going on.....
So this is not sure ....it will take 2012.......
